Terms of Service

All commissions are bound by my Terms of Service. Please be sure to read them and know that should you commission me, you agree to and are bound by them.

Client Terms

‣ All commissioned work will be credited back to me.
‣ Any work that is to be used for paywalled content (i.e. Patreon, OF, etc.) is subject to a commercial rights fee.
‣ Under no circumstance is my work to be resold.
‣ Deadlines for projects will be agreed upon in advance and prior to work beginning on the project.
‣ Once work on a project has begun, only partial refunds will be issued.
‣ Three free revisions of the initially proposed project will be allowed during the creation process. Revisions after the initial three will be subject to additional fees based upon complexity. Projects which require complete restarts during the revision process will be subject to a new submission and proposal process in addition to a reassessment fee.

Artist Terms

‣ I reserve the right to deny any commission.
‣ I reserve the right to use a commissioned piece in my portfolio.
‣ In the event of a cancelled project as a result of my decision, a refund will be issued.

Payment & Additional Fees

‣ Project proposals must go through a submission and quote process. Proposals may be submitted via email only.
‣ Projects with tight turnaround times will be subject to a rush fee.
‣ Content that will be used for exclusive/paywalled spaces (Patreon/OnlyFans, etc.) will be subject to a commercial rights fee.
‣ All payment will be in USD and submitted through the Invoice system via Paypal.

Chillhop provided me with funny, quick and engaging short-form videos for Tiktok and Shorts. Great design skills and comedic timing with editing. I found some of my best preforming Tiktoks were content he edited. What was AMAZING is the communication during the approval process, he took revisions well and provided a great finished product off that direction!

I have very much enjoyed working with Chill. I hired him to help turn my Twitch clips into shorts for Youtube and Tiktok. I do not have much editing experience and he was very helpful in getting me started. He was very receptive to my alteration requests and always very quick to respond.
